Good but very slow compression ...

Pros

Good compression without loss of observable video content

Cons

High cost to move to Pro and remove iAd content
Conversion is extremely slow (1.25 min video at 1080p MOV to 720p MP4 took 3 min.)
Worst UI that I have ever seen ... you never quite know what the app is doing.

If you want to put up with the poor UI and slow but good conversion, iConv is an OK choice. I would not recommend the app though because of the bad UI. I prefer to find something else and have deleted it.
